Flat Face Federation is a casual Low Sec/Faction Warfare (Caldari) Alliance in the EU Timezone. We want people to have more organized fun but have a real-life first mentality. It will be a perfect fit for gamer dads/moms with limited time. We do not take ourselves too seriously and fun should be the first priority, however we expect behavior which fits adults. This is a new project which will hopefully grow a bit. We do not care about red killboards or what kind of space pixels explode when, where, and how. We are open to applications.

Rules
General Conduct
We are a community of adults and expect everyone to behave accordingly. EVE Online can be a harsh universe, but within our alliance we maintain a respectful and supportive environment.
- Be respectful – Treat everyone with respect, whether they are alliance members, blues, neutrals, or even enemies. We win and lose with grace.
- No toxic behavior – Harassment, excessive salt, hate speech, or personal attacks will not be tolerated. Keep it civil in local chat and on comms.
- No scamming – Do not scam or steal from corp/alliance members or our allies. What you do to neutrals in-game is your business, but never bring drama home.
- Keep drama out – If you have an issue with someone, resolve it privately or bring it to leadership. Do not air dirty laundry in public channels.
- Jump Clone requirement – As soon as you are able, set up a jump clone in a station in our home system. This ensures you can join fleets quickly when needed.
- Real life first – We do NOT require fixed playtimes or schedules. Play when you can, no questions asked. However, members who are inactive for extended periods (less than 2 logins per week over multiple weeks) may be removed to keep the roster clean. Just let us know if life gets busy – communication goes a long way.
- Have fun – This is a game. If you're not having fun, something is wrong. Let us know how we can help.
Fleet Rules
We run at least one large fun fleet per week. These fleets are meant to be enjoyable but also a learning experience for everyone involved.
- Voice comms required – Alliance members must be in Discord voice chat during fleet ops. You don't have to talk, but you must be able to listen.
- Follow the FC – Listen to your Fleet Commander. When the FC says align, you align. These fleets are learning opportunities, so pay attention and ask questions afterwards if needed.
- Good comms discipline – Keep voice chat and fleet channels clear during ops. Save the banter for downtime. When the FC talks, everyone else shuts up.
- Ship Replacement – Depending on ship class, all hulls flown during official alliance fleets will be reimbursed. Fly what you're told and don't worry about losing it.
- Doctrines – We may fly special doctrines from time to time. If this is the case, hulls will be handed out beforehand if possible. If you lack a certain ship type, let us know and we'll sort you out.
- Limited time? No problem – Fleets can take a few hours and sometimes involve waiting around. Nobody is expected to stay for the entire duration. Just let the FC know at the start if you have limited time or announce when you need to leave early.
